Welcome to The Garden Room, Holmstead - a stylish, privately accessed space within my home. Located just a couple of miles from the nearest beach, we are also in easy walking distance to the South West Coast Path. The room is quiet & furnished with King size bed, table & dining chairs, large wall mounted TV, walk in wardrobe, ensuite shower room & under floor heating. Tea and coffee making facilities are available and a traditional Cornish Cream Tea will be provided on arrival.

Located along a private drive with just three similar properties you can be assured of peace, quiet and security during your stay. Within a 20 minute walk you can be on an absolutely stunning stretch of the South West Coast Path. Delabole is famous for its working slate quarry which has a visitor centre should you wish to learn more. We are a couple of miles from the nearest beaches (Trebarwith and Tregardock) and located in between the popular fishing villages of Port Isaac and Boscastle. The ancient ruins at Tintagel are also a short drive away. For the golfers there is a choice of courses the closest being Bowood in Camelford and then also St Enodoc or The Point at Polzeath. Watersports lovers are kept happy by waves at Trebarwith or Polzeath. Other water based activities are offered down in Rock by Camel Ski School or by Cornish Rock Tors. Foodies are in heaven with the likes of Nathan Outlaws Fish Kitchen in Port Isaac (5 miles), Paul Ainsworths The Mariners at Rock (8 miles), The Rocket Store in Boscastle (4 miles) to name but a few. Breakfast spots have to include St Kew farmshop (5 miles), Sea View farmshop (2 miles) and Boscastle farmshop (5 miles)
