FREE PARKING. We have one beautiful guest en-suite bedroom with magnificent sea views, in our home by the sea. A unique opportunity where guests can sit and enjoy the view from anywhere in the room. The room also has a great view across the park at Goodrington. As the room faces South, enjoy the sunrise and all day sun. You will find a basket with breakfast items and a kettle for tea/coffee making. It is a two minute walk down the slope to our reserved parking space and a private gate to the beach. Please note, there is a 3 night minimum stay. The room will suit more mature couples, who are looking for a pleasant stay in a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Please note, we are NOT a hotel with a bar and lounging area and we are not offering an apartment. We offer one beautiful en-suite bedroom with stunning sea views and a very personal service, including advice on local points of interest and restaurants. Vista is not suitable for anyone looking for a lively nightlife. Double occupancy only, no singles. Check in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Check out by 10 am on day of departure. Over 21 years only. Unfortunately the room is not suitable for guests in wheelchairs.

We are situated in a very convenient location. Take a walk along the sea front at Goodrington or along the beach, paddle in the sea. Wander through Goodrington Park, where you will find cafes and a Restaurant a few minutes away. The Leisure centre is a ten minute walk across the Park offering a swimming pool, extensive gym, sauna & solarium, a badminton court & snack bar. The Harbour is a short ten minute walk with boat tours and fishing trips across Torbay. There are several cafes and restaurants located at the Harbour. Walk through the Harbour to Paignton beach and promenade, there is a pier situated halfway along the sea front. Easily walk to Paignton town centre, where the Dart Valley Steam Train departs for Dartmouth viewing magnificent River Dart scenery on the way. Don’t miss the beautiful old town of Dartmouth, the Royal Naval College and Agatha Christie’s House. Take a short drive or bus ride to Torquay or the quaint old fishing port of Brixham. For a scenic day out, visit beautiful Dartmoor with the old village of Widecombe. Take a ride to Plymouth, visit the Barbican where the Pilgrim Fathers sailed from to found America. Plymouth also has great shopping.
