I generally choose hotels rather than Inns, but was impressed by the value for money of this one so gave it a go. I wasn't disappointed! The room was very well appointed, clean & very comfortable. Bathroom was exceptional and large compared with a lot of hotels. We stayed at the Inn for evening dinner and chose the steak which was the best we'd tasted for a long time. Highly recommended! The breakfast too was very good. Overall, I could not fault our stay, would definitely recommend this Inn and would certainly choose to stay here again.

Breakfasts and evening meal were great with the added bonus of a Sunday roast that was scrummy. Room suited us perfectly as friends on a walking trip with a double bed in one part of the room and an additional room with the single bed and ensuite. When we arrived you could feel the difference immediately, very friendly and welcoming. We had a very enjoyable stay this time. The rooms are very comfortable and clean.... the beds are a bit low but I'm told that's being looked into. We do plan to return for our next business trip to the area, we will also recommend to anyone else from the business.JayneGroup
