Very nice and friendly staff. Housekeeper was especially nice, but the entire staff was excellent. Beautiful view of the area. Nice restaurant and bar. Good food and drink selections. Good location in the town.

The beds were so comfy, we fell asleep so quickly. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice to order and was well stocked for the buffet breakfast. We enjoyed the grounds, the building was beautiful, had plenty of parking and it was only a short drive to windermere

Tom was great. Greeted us with a smile and was eager to help us at all times. Had a great conversation with a local during a pub visit which capped the evening. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of food. All around great experience.
