Our room was excellent with a view to the hills and although overlooking a main road was very quiet due to the functional double glazing. The hotel is full of character with a comfortable bar area, friendly, efficient staff and a great English breakfast. On the night we were staying there was unfortunately no food available that evening but the landlord kindly suggested that the pub nearby might do food or we could get some delivered in. Large car park. We would definitely stay at the Highwayman again.

Everything..Adam and lee were amazing hosts. Restaurant Food was very good indeed. The bar was a small village bar with a wonderful friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Bed super comfortable, very clean rooms and tea coffee tray very well stocked. Fans are supplied in the rooms (so regards old comments about rooms being hot ) this was NOT an issue for us.
