The staff were really friendly and did their best to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. It's in an amazing location, right next to the shops and also close to the beach as well as the aquarium. My partner and myself definitely enjoyed our weekend away here and we would love to stay here again in the future!

The hotel location is OK, all staff are unfriend and grumpy 😠. The service in restaurants is too slow . The food is expensive 😩, You got the 2 dominoes slice of beef for dinner and paid for 37.5£ . It is ridiculous. I travel anywhere in the world. I have not seen them . Poor quality and poor management.

What a rare gem this hotel/guest house is! I loved the homeliness of the place. My room was beautiful, well furnished, clean, and with outstanding views. Owen & Michelle made me feel right at home. Breakfast was wonderful.

Excellent value for money, the cost was far less than a Premier Inn for example, and the room was exceptionally clean. The mattress was super comfy as were the pillows. I really couldn't fault it given the cost

It is a lovely hotel in a great location by the seaside with excellent staff. I went there with a group of friends for Christmas, and we had a Sunday roast and Christmas dinner in the hotel restaurant, and the food was DELICIOUS. The tastiest food we have ever had in the UK (most of us have been here for 7-12 years)!! The breakfast is fantastic also! BIG THANK YOU to the CHEF for making such amazing dishes and to the restaurant manager EMMA and her team for delivering excellent service! We highly recommend it! We will definitely go back!

Our suite was fabulous with awesome views over Fistral. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent at Renmor, but the more outstanding elements were the amazing staff who just couldn’t do enough, or make us more welcome!

Amazing breakfast and dining room, with great views of the coast too.Service prompt and efficient. Dinner in evening was extremely disappointing. My fish was ok, although small. Peas were hard and tasteless-not anywhere the equal of Birds Eye even. Chunky chips were undercooked ,much too large and had a strange flavour(what were they cooked in?).Husband's steak was totally overcooked, even too much for well done, although he had requested medium, and it was small, Chips already discussed. A total let down for such a beautiful restaurant.
