The staff were really friendly and did their best to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. It's in an amazing location, right next to the shops and also close to the beach as well as the aquarium. My partner and myself definitely enjoyed our weekend away here and we would love to stay here again in the future!

I went there with a group of friends for Christmas, and we had a Sunday roast and Christmas dinner in the hotel restaurant, and the food was DELICIOUS. The tastiest food we have ever had in the UK (most of us have been here for 7-12 years)!! The breakfast is fantastic also! BIG THANK YOU to the CHEF for making such amazing dishes and to the restaurant manager EMMA and her team for delivering excellent service! We highly recommend it! A total let down for such a beautiful restaurant.
