I went to the restaurant for dinner and a glass of wine - the fish and chips were so good! The staff were very pleasant and friendly and there was a lovely atmosphere in the bar/restaurant. My bedroom was quiet and comfortable and I slept well. The breakfast I had (the plant based full English) was perfect.MarionSolo traveller

We ate there for both our evening meal and for breakfast and found the service friendly. There is a good range of dishes on the menu but unfortunately several of them had run out by the time we sat down to eat around 8pm.

The room we stayed in was an oldie world attic room with sloping floors, crooked walls and a lovely view of the street.
