Very convenient location for me. Very easy going and friendly staff. Good food. Very quick check in and check out. A simple, basic but uncomplicated and convenient little hotel. Will return if the price stays the same.
A wide choice for breakfast from cereals, cooked or continental. The bedroom was spotless with a comfy super king size bed. An excellent choice for dinner and well priced.
The setting is one of the best and most peaceful on the island. I had long wanted to stay here and was not disappointed. The staff were all charming and helpful. The room was exactly as described, with a balcony and fantastic view over Rocquaine and a powerful shower. Dinner was delicious (crab and cod fishcakes) and the full English breakfast one of the best I have ever had. Nice vibe on the terrace. I paid about £115 b&b which is excellent value. You can pay double that elsewhere on the island to stay in a dump.
Good breakfast - would have liked some nice fresh bread rather than sliced Room had everything needed, was comfortable & clean Ate dinner at hotel one evening - lots of choice & food was very goid
I've stayed at La Fregate a number of years ago and it only gets better. Excellent location and beautiful views over St Peter Port harbour. Comfortable rooms and excellent beds. The chef is outstanding and I enjoyed the best hot breakfast I recall having in a hotel. The restaurant for dinner is superb with a great seasonal menu.
Very friendly and attentive staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Complimentary coffee/tea and biscuits which were replaced each day. Excellent food both for breakfast and dinner and reasonably priced.
The hotel is ideally situated outside of St Peter port Town. The food is excellent from breakfast to dinner. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended hotel for work or pleasure
The property has been done up to a very high standard. It’s a short walk to the beach and has lovely gardens. All the staff are really nice and the manager Garin upgraded our rooms for us at no extra cost. Breakfast is excellent and so too is the lunch and dinner menu. They also love dogs and all the staff have taken to my toy poodle. This hotel is really really nice. I would no longer stay anywhere else when visiting Guernsey.
From beginning to end the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were, without exception, friendly, helpful, accommodating and professional. Very dog friendly. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Room was well-appointed, spotless and comfortable. Plenty of free parking. Close to Cobo beach and only a short drive to St. Peter Port. Would definitely recommend Le Pommier for the place to stay on Guernsey.
Lovely overnight stay and buffet dinner for a large group.
Good breakfast and dinner experience, even tho it is full into the Christmas party season.
