The Birdham at Bembridge is located in Bembridge on the Isle of Wight, a short ferry journey from mainland UK, 33 km from Southampton and 12 km from Portsmouth. Guests can enjoy the on-site gastropub.... I felt pampered. The location looks great, the room is surprising, very English and stylish. Nor in a 5 * hotel I ever seen all ammenities I found at The Birdham - a good assorment of coffee and cookies, still and mineral water; a sleep well kit with eyes mask and ear drops and many other useful but unexpected small things. A very welcoming and helpful staff. And the breakfast! A delight!

El Waverley Inn, situado a unos 10-15 minutos a pie de Newport, es un pub de la época victoriana construido en 1886 y ofrece WiFi gratuita y un restaurante. Hay aparcamiento privado gratuito. Its was nice and clean... Good staff

El The Woodvale está situado en la costa norte de la isla de Wight y ofrece alojamientos elegantes con vistas preciosas al mar desde la explanada de Cowes. The hotel is well situated overlooking the Solent and its spectacular sunsets. The garden terrace area overlooking the Solent has been expanded since I was last there and is now almost tripled in size. The food menu has also been expanded and is good value for money.

El Chad Hill Hotel ocupa una casa victoriana tradicional situada a 5 minutos a pie del centro de Sandown y de la estación de tren. La playa y el muelle de Sandown están a solo 650 metros del hotel. Wow, what a welcoming atmosphere! There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel were you can relax. The venue is also full of trees, for me that is a real positive point.

The Anchor Inn, que tiene jardín, restaurante, bar y wifi gratis, está en Cowes, a 24 km de Parque temático Blackgang Chine y a 7,2 km de Carisbrooke Castle. Very friendly, helpfull staff. Excellent location. Excellent and silent, well equipped room. Clean room and bathroom. We would stay here again.
