Just 5 miles from the city centre of Oxford, The Bear and Ragged Staff offers fantastic homemade food, free parking, and free Wi-Fi. The food was fantastic. We are vegetarians and we were well catered for. I highly recommend the food. They also have policies in place that steers them in a more environmentally positive direction.

The pub was very homely and the staff were so friendly and sweet , we loved every second of our stay there.

The staff was engaging and wonderful! I loved that every meal had a vegan / vegetarian option. It was quiet, but clearly a place where locals gather. I look forward to staying there again!

Built in the 16th century, The Fox is situated in Chipping Norton historic market place, 17 km from Blenheim Palace. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Perfect ambience. We’d just arrived in the UK and headed straight to chipping Norton. The restaurant was great. Staff was very friendly w excellent service. The room had old Atmosphere But had recently been nicely remodeled. The fox is in the heart of the town of Chipping Norton. Plenty of sites to see and restaurants within walking distance. We loved it. Nice Cotswolds Experience with out the crowds.

The Porterhouse Grill & Rooms is a 2 minute walk from Oxford train station, a 5-minute walk to the Castle Quarter. Oxford city centre is less than a mile from the property. Close to train station, lovely interiors, great breakfast
