We had a quirky yet modern and characterful room with plenty of sockets for phones and such. Breakfast and dinner were very good and the Inn is a short 1.7 mile walk to the amazing sights at Stourhead.

The shower and bath were so nice, quite modern and super clean. We checked in after exploring the little towns around Stonehenge and decided to stay in for dinner. We were silly and didn’t make a reservation, but they were kind enough to accommodate us. Make sure to book your table! We all had delicious pizzas, sides and wine, the most perfect ending to a day of exploring and getting lots of steps in! We were served by the most loveliest staff. Lisa, Amy and - apologies as I didn’t ask for her name- a dark haired lady were always professional, fun and friendly. Lisa took the time to explain to us how to get to Stonehenge easily. We only stayed for one night and left early to walk to Stonehenge, but took advantage of the breakfast and it was absolutely gorgeous. So many delicious options! What a great hotel! Very impressed with the facilities, staff and great food. If you had any doubts about booking, this is your sign to go ahead and confirm it. It will exceed your expectations as it did mine!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The people and the service are amazing, 10+ out of 10. Not only did they help get our luggage up the stairs, they found umbrellas for us to use on our outings and were there at every turn for anything we might need. The bar staff are super friendly and the cook was amazing. Breakfast is the best I've had, and there were several menu items to choose from. We stayed in the small apartment and really enjoyed having a separate area to watch TV and relax. All in all, we loved our stay here. We would like to return again some day and spend more time with these wonderful people. They truly are the best! ❤️

The room was large and spacious, and the quality of the pillows, sheets, tea and coffee etc were all excellent. You could tell the person who decorated the room had a design flair. Very individual, and personalised.
