My family and I stayed in 3 rooms/cabins. The setup was great, separate rooms for the bedroom and lounge/kitchenette worked really well with a toddler. Bed was comfy, rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was simple but perfect for us - we could just eat in our room, and a happy toddler full of toast.

Large sized property with plenty of space. Good location with lots of free parking in the neighbourhood. Residents on the road were chatty and welcoming. Great water pressure which provided a good shower. Angie was fabulous, providing super communication regarding our arrival time and how to collect the keys. St Leonard's and Hastings are all within walking distance.

Locarion was good. Free parking in the multi storey car park with easy walking to the hotel. Continental breakfast was good, good coffee. Full English coukd have had better ingredients and been cooked to order instead of the food being kept hot beforehand. Lots of restaurants around the Marina for supper.

The location was great with a park a minute walk away, which was perfect for the dogs and a 15 minute walk from the pier. Although the road was quite busy, we found free parking on the road a few houses down. The garden was comfortable, with plenty of seats and having an upstairs and downstairs toilet was a huge bonus. The house was perfectly clean and the shower was good. The communication with the owner was fantastic.
