Stayed 4 days and honestly, everyone went above and beyond tomake me comfortable . A big hands up to all the staff at the Fortune hotel and the rooms weren’t bad either

Britannia has got a bad name and some of the hotels in the group are truly bad but this one is in a different league so don’t let the name put you off. Rooms are clean and in good repair, staff are very friendly and the meals are tremendous value, especially the buffet breakfast. It’s as good, if not better than some hotels at twice the price. One of my go to places when working in West Yorkshire
