Great rooms, on the ground floor, were so comfortable. Staff were happy to accommodate requests, and provide vegan options at breakfast and dinner. Super comfortable chairs and sofa in suites. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the Jacuzzi bath was a great, luxury addition. Maura, the other reception staff and the breakfast staff made us feel welcome and appreciated, and were happy to accommodate our requests. The Ivy Lounge has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff there were professional and efficient, and attentive without being fussy. Our party included 1 vegan, and we tried most items on the menu during our stay. All our choices were very good. Will definitely recommend to friends and would love to stay there again.

Nestled on the shores of Loch Lein, The Lake Hotel has magnificent mountain views. Just 2km from Killarney, a restaurant and the hotel has en suite rooms. the location at the side of the lake was wonderful, lovely walk to Muckross abbey and Muckross house. The hotel is amazing, open fires, great atmosphere with old style furniture, sitting areas, bar. Grounds are lovely, I saw some deer. Its worth having a room with a balcony overlooking the lake. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and had some other meals there as well which were also good.

Camera con tutti i comfort, molto grande con belle finestre e super pulita. Bagno grande e letto molto comodo. Il personale alla reception e alla colazione è stato molto gentile e l'accoglienza mi ha soddisfatto pienamente. Gli spazi comuni dell'albergo sono molto belli, noi siamo capitati per Natale e c'era un albero molto grande all'ingresso veramente bello.

Camere belle e pulite! Belli anche il ristorante interno , cibo buono e come prezzi nella media. Abbiamo gradito molto la bottiglietta di acqua in camera e una sacca per la bimba con un gioco , un librino da colorare , le matite e un braccialettino. Colazione servita al tavolo, chiedendo dal menu qualsiasi cosa ed era tutto ottimo. Staff a livello eccellente. Bella anche la piscina interna con idromassaggio sauna e bagno turco. Top
