The apartment is lovely, has everything you might possibly need, a fully stacked kitchen if you want to cook, a washing machine to wash your clothes and most importantly parking and access to several pools. The location is also excelent, it's very quiet and secure, yet very close to bars, stores and the beach. Would like to thank Olga who was super nice and helpful, even let us stay a bit longer on our last day since we had an evening flight.

Apartment had all cooking facilities, comfy beds, great shower, spotlessly clean, great location, little welcome gift of wine and water. Wifi great. Supermarket across the road. Set next to Las Vistas Beach, Tenerife Royal Gardens - Viviendas Vacacionales offers accommodation with terraces. Set between Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos, this attractive resort features an outdoor swimming pool and a bar. We absolutely loved the place! But most importantly, it was exactly as described and showed on the pictures,no ambiguities and misunderstandings. Staff are very kind and ready to help, internet connection very strong and one of the nicest beaches just in front of the place. We will definitely come back!

This recently renovated apartment is located less than 1 km from Playa San Miguel de Abona and 2 km from Playa Grande. The apartment also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. the apartment was great, the photos completely corresponded to reality. It was everything we could have needed. towels for the beach, toys for children and a welcome bottle of wine. We would definitely like to come back, I can recommend this accommodation. there was a shop in the complex, the pool was nice and we always parked nearby. great, thank you

Didn't stay in the apartment much, only here for a few nights and plus its in such a good location to venture about in and around the area to Adeje, Costa Adeje, Siam Park & Mall, and Cristianos. The view from the apartment balcony was amazing and just so quiet at night as you are away from the strip, so you can just enjoy the views and chill out at night away from the noise.

Lili the host is very attentive and touched base with us during our stay. Ideal location in a great complex with pools , restaurants and direct access to the beach.
