Had a meal and drink in restaurant. Restaurant was big and airy. Food nice. Reasonably priced and good size portions.

These unique Scandinavian-style Lodges lie in a tranquil location by Pine Lake Resort near Carnforth. Beautiful location for a stop coming from Northern Scotland and heading to London. We only stopped for a place to sleep, but it would be a fantastic place for a longer visit. Very comfortable space for a family of 4. Wish we had more time to explore the facilities.

With an elegant Jacobean Great Hall, this resort a features a leisure centre and traditional restaurant. From the moment we done the check in till the check.out, everything was perfect. The appartement was big enough, the bed was very comfy ( the sofa bed not comfortable at all) , the rooms get warm so quickly and everything you need is available at the appartement. The staff are nice and friendly but Jane from the Restaurant was just amazing. This was my first time staying there, already booked it again for Valentines
