The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and had everything you could need for a break. The furnishings were beautiful and high quality such as the towels, pillows and duvets. We really appreciated the added extras like the fruit, coffee pods and milk. Our children loved their bunk beds and the tv in their room. The addition of a fan was also really appreciated. We can’t wait to book again to stay. Beautiful apartment and amazing value.

The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated, clean and had all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. The location was perfect for travel and attractions. Would highly recommend!

Mode Apartments St Annes is located in Lytham St. Annes and comprises one-bedroom apartments within a historic building with original features. Clean, plenty of room, good washing facilities. Was a one night day while travelling north, if we were back in the area would definitely stay again. Perfect as are overseas visitors and had everything we needed.

Beautiful location, really nice pub and restaurant with excellent accommodation available. Staff were helpful and polite, it was basically an excellent find and we'll be back again with the dog as it was just perfect for us all.
