Bev was wonderful at communicating with us, and the Annexe was beautifully decorated, very cosy and had everything we needed at our finger tips. It is very easy to recommend it. It also had a lovely outlook and all modern conveniences of wifi and cable TV which we enjoyed.

Great hosts, the room had everything that you needed including plates etc if you wanted to eat in. Great views and lovely walk near by. Also lovely pub 5 minute walk away. Lots of selection for breakfast and tea and coffee.

We had a great experience staying with Mark and Lynne. They were always available to answer any questions and help out, as well as making check-in and check-out easy. The accommodation is located at the edge of the village, making it a peaceful retreat, whilst only being a 10 min walk to the center. The stay was very comfortable and we had all we needed with the facilities present. We would like to return soon!

This location was perfect for our needs. We loved the riverside location and the viaduct views and the outdoor deck was a perfect place to watch the ducks and the boats with a coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. The decor is lovely, lots of lovely thoughtful design details that made us feel very comfortable and at home. The location is great with a short walk to local cafes and two nice friendly pubs and we appreciated being able to park directly outside the property. Jack is a great host with wonderful and timely communication. We really enjoyed our stay.

Viv our host was very welcoming and friendly. The annexe was beautiful with everything in it that was needed. The bed was really comfy. Tea, coffee and milk were there for a much needed cuppa after our 11/12hr journey from Galway. Viv was only a door away if we needed anything. The accommodation itself is in a beautiful secluded area, but also from here you had access to all other amenities with a short drive. Plenty to see and do. I would reccommend the leat to anyone as we really enjoyed it and would book it again in a heartbeat.
