Good location: very close to the motorway, so great stop on the way up north. Good breakfast: left by the owner on the worktop and the fridge. Excellent fitted kitchen: small, but with everything you need. Even aluminium foil, cling film, baking paper and some spices are provided: a mini home! Quiet: despite being close to the motorway you can only hear a faint hum in the background, hardly noticeable at all. Comfortable bed.

this is an amazing property, so modern and has everything you need in it, like a home from home. staff are so attentive and always there to help. we will be back as we like to go to Blackpool and this would be much cheaper than staying at Blackpool it’s self. best place we have stayed thanks
