Absolutely amazing location. Apartment is clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Everything that you need for your stay is provided in terms of kitchen ware, bed linen and towels. Rita communicates well. We would most definitely return.

We loved everything about this property. Sian was the perfect host - she showed us around the immaculate apartment, provided plenty of suggestions of attractions to visit and local places to shop and dine at. The apartment couldn’t have been better, pristine with everything that could possibly be needed….and so gorgeously coordinated! Off street parking at the front door and in a quiet, residential location.

Flat was spacious and well equipped. It is well situated in the town - local pub with beer garden (Bryn Hir), two local shops (Nisa and Spar in the garage), pub food (Prince of Wales), coffee shop in the High Street, and a really good Indian restaurant and takeaway (Spice Bank). We travelled by train and the station is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There is a local bus service.

The Iris has a wow factor as soon as you park up opposite. It sits above an Ice Cream shop evoking childhood memories of Enid Blyton stories, in a street of eclectic cottages that appear to tumble down to the sea. To your right, and visible once inside rises the majestic Criccieth Castle, which you simply have to witness lit from the beach at night. Cricceth will steal your heart if you let it, and the Iris will assist it. I have attached just a couple of pictures I took this Christmas, none of which will do it justice. On a more practical basis, the bedrooms are huge, the sitting room is comfortable, and it has the most well equipped kitchen I have ever found in a rental, down to a Slow cooker! Towels for EVERYTHING, and any Dog would think they were in paradise. Well done The Iris.

We stayed in the apartment under the roof, with fantastic views of the castle to one side and the sea from the other window. Due to high ceilings and the open plan for the kitchen/living area, the apartment is very spacious and filled with light (even when it is raining). Parking is just across the road and was not problem. Criccieth is a lovely small seaside resort, with everything available that is needed (except a sandy beach, maybe). We had a very relaxing few days and would stay there again. Thank you Sally for having us

Everything, from the converted church apartment experience to the lovely attentions and information from the host, Aby. The surrounding area is beautiful and rich in possibilities for hikes, walks, visits or golf. The place is a spacious and very well-equipped two-storey apartment, next to the beach. Splendid views on the castle and the beach from every window.
