Location was very convenient for sightseeing in the area. Host provided good communication and instructions. The convenience of parking permit to allow parking in council car park. Apartment was extremely comfortable.

Cozy apartment, quiet (despite being on the high street). Beds were soft and really comfy. Kitchen was basic so I’d recommend bringing some things from home if you’re planning on doing a lot of cooking. The bathroom was fine, clean and the shower pressure was decent. Parking was a bit of a pain as we had to find a spot on the busy high street but we managed to get one close by every day so no complaints.

The space was big, clean and comfortable, well equipped and in a great location for both the ZipWorlds (Quarry and Fforest) and also the railway and slate museum with play parks and cafes. A lovely big standalone bath and a separate large walk-in shower, need to run a hot tap to kick start the shower but not for long. All bedrooms are big, the single bed was larger than a standard single bed. The place was cold when we arrived but heaters in each room that warmed the place quite quickly. We would highly recommend and also happily stay again.

We loved where it was situated, it was warm, clean and cosy. Great value for money. We met the owner who was friendly and helpful.

The Grooms Cottage is an excellent location for Caernarfon and Northern Wales excursions, only 5 minutes to Mt. Snowden Railway. The host was very kind, had a lovely welcome note with helpful instructions, and complimentary tea/biscuit service upon arrival. We are animal lovers, so after we politely requested, William introduced us to the farm's four-legged residents who were beyond charming! (Frankly, we fell in love with the place). This was an exquisite opportunity to learn about the farm, its history, and its unique role in sustaining rare breeds. The cottage itself was spacious, well appointed, very comfortable, clean and organized. The washing machine in the cottage was a convenient amenity, as was the kitchen. Our host even recommended an excellent spot to eat in town!

Lovely location, clean modern lodge. So surprised, I dint know what I was expecting but it was SO much more than I expected.

The stay was perfect and very affordable. The property was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was ready for when we arrived. The staff on site was very friendly, the food at the bar and grill was delicious and great value for money. The waitress Chloe provided a great service. Would definitely recommend staying here.
