The location of the property was perfect for an event at NEC that myself and friends attended. The actual house was spotless had everything that you could possibly need for a short break. Every bedroom was furnished to a high standard tv in every room, bath towels that were of a good quality. Lee made sure that everything you could possibly need was their down to information for a temporary doctor. Would definitely stay their again.

The location is perfect for travel connections, convenient parking, multiple bus routes, convenience stores and Lidl practically on the doorstep! The house is modern and nicely decorated in a modern way. Rooms are spacious and have plenty storage. Toiletries were provided so that was a nice touch. The nice sized garden has a bbq and we loved the open plan living and dining area. Loved that the fully stocked kitchen had a glass door separating from dining as it kept food smells out of the rest of the house but didnt feel blocked off when you're cooking. The best part about this stay was our interactions with the host. Very responsive and attentive, any issues that came up were resolved quickly and we appreciated it!

Easy to get to, Ubers are available all hours in the area. We stayed here to attend an event at the NEC and had no struggle getting back and forth to the accommodation at any hour of the day. Parking was easy, on street but always spaces available. The apartment can get warm in the mornings but fans were provided in each room, this was a nice personalised touch. The bathroom was clean with ample storage room. The shower was lush.
