Before our arrival, we had a phone call with someone to confirm our dates and let us know about checking in and send an email with all the details we needed. We had someone available to message for any help at the flat if needed and the instructions were easy to follow in terms of getting keys etc. The flat is beautiful and is in a lovely location, to get into the centre of town it is easier to use Uber or a taxi, but these are easy things to figure out, and was only a 10 minute drive. For our first time in Newcastle this made our experience so much better than we thought, and we will be returning!

It is a rented apartment and is very well equipped, even a washing machine. Beds were comfortable, flat was warm. Very quiet location. Suited our needs.

Lovely place with super friendly staff. The rooms are very spacious and the entire place is decorated cottage style, very comfortable. The restaurant food is great and the lounge is perfect for a relaxed drink. We went as a group of friends and the staff really took care of all our requests. I would definitely recommend it fot a stay in Newcastle!

I booked this for my visiting family and they were very happy with the apartment, it is in a great location, close to the city centre and easy to get to. The place looks freshly decorated and feels very homely. A home away from home. Has everything you would need for a fab stay.
