The view was exceptional. Like nothing I’ve ever see. Before. The photos do not do this place justice! It is incredible beyond words, my partner and I agreed it was the best view of Positano and the ocean you could get in the entire city, and we visited some of the most highly rated restaurants with views and nothing compared to the view from Casa Gilda. Gilda is a beautiful woman who made us feel like family, her daughter who speaks English gave us great recommendations, helped us with bus tickets etc. Gilda cooked us a home made breakfast in the mornings on her terrace which was beautiful and was so lovely to us always! Further, the location is incredible and so much better than staying in town. There is a SITA bus stop 100m down the road which takes you anywhere along the Amalfi coast from Sorrento through to Amalfi town, stopping at beautiful beaches and restaurants along the way which was so convenient. Positano itself is a 10-15min walk along a beautiful coastal road. As well, there is a private walk past a gate from Casa Gilda which you are given keys for that takes you down to Arienzo beach which is amazing with a cute beach club as well. I could not recommend this place enough, they could charge 10x the price, and being on the cheaper side of accommodation in Positano I cannot believe the value for money. Already planning our next trip. Amazing. 11/10.

From the greeting to the stay everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place to everyone. For our family of 4 there was more than enough room with the 2 bedroom option. There was also a mini market just down the street where we could by breakfast and lunch items for the day. The views are just spectacular. Every night and every morning we were in the balcony enjoying all the views. The owner of the property was extremely helpful, kind and made sure that we were taken care of. Thank You so much for an amazing place to stay in Positano! We will be back!!

We loved our stay in Casa Cinque. First off the location was perfect. Right along the main road. The walk to and from the nearby hot spots and sights was easy and more than manageable as we were perfectly located along the main road. The room and view are absolutely stunning and was perfectly matched to the listing - even better in real life. Our host Susy was incredible and took the time to walk us through the apartment and show us everything we needed to know. We were more than comfortable in the beds and the air conditioner worked amazing. I am counting down the days to return to Positano and would hands down book Casa Cinque again without any hesitation!
