Charlie was very attentive, helped us with everything and seemed to have a great hold of things at The Arran. The bed in the Cosy King was unbelievably comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. Location was great, everything we did was a 5 min walk away.

Needless to say the location is perfect, right on the main street of the town, close to every nice restaurant and shop worth visiting. This place really feels like a home away from home and not a hotel, we loved it.
