This is the first place in The UK that I could easily say I felt at home. The apartment is fully equipped with all that you might wish. The place was really clean and cosy for a person from the continent /you know what I mean :) /. See you next time when we'll give us much more time to visit the splendid distilleries in Speyside. I think this speaks to the quality of not just the property (which is stunning) but also the communication with the host and her lovely little touches. The location is central to this lovely village, near the beach, across the road is a chipper and there is a couple of cracking pubs within stumbling distance. The apartment has a clean, classic decor with a lovely open fire and well appointment kitchen. The beds are so comfortable. We didn't take our dog this time but that's because it was our mini-moon and we wanted to lie-in!

John was very hospitable and a pleasure to meet. And the fact that he stocked the fridge and pantry before we got there was a very pleasant surprise!

It's spotlessly clean and quiet even though it's right in the middle of town. Each bedroom has 2 twin beds that are really comfortable: great mattresses and bedding. The kitchen has everything we needed for our short stay (including milk and bread!), and I believe we could have been comfortable there for a month. The owners are REALLY nice, also. It's not fancy or luxurious, but everything you need is taken care of in a perfectly practical way. We loved it!!

Lovely place. Liked the fact that the owner took the time to meet me at the apartment and talk me through things. The photos don't really do it justice tbh. Lovely spacious, modern place.
