A fantastic property, in superb keeping with excellent facilities in a great location. Also it's run by a lovely & very helpful couple. It's just a 10 minute walk into the town where you can find pretty much anything you want as well of plenty of places to eat & drink. The property also had secure storage for our bikes which was fantastic as the exceptional Coed Y Brenin forest is a short drive away, for cyclists wanting a more sedate ride the start of very pretty (and totally flat!) Mawddach Trail is literally at the end of the road. Whatever you're planning in this location this place has it covered, we will definitely be returning.

They were there to receive us and Dan also gave us a complimentary drop to the station and we are very grateful for that . Kitchen is well stocked with oats , olive oil , balsamic vineagr , salt pepper milk coffee tea , coffee pods , hot chocolate and plenty of cleaning material . We cooked a lot. Induction stoves and extractor are super. Utensils excellent. Shower is superb too. Super flow of hot water . Bed and bath linen are high quality. A wonderful stay . Immense gratitude for Dan and Aggi. Very safe and comfortable place , located perfectly to explore Llandudno and north wales . Bus stop is a minute away , as are supermarkets and shops .

Cosy funky and everything you could need. Kim keeps all the basic provisions in a cupboard with an honesty box which is so handy. There is a beautiful view from the property and Kim is simply wonderful, so helpful.
