Such a lovely stay, so many small details which made the room extra special! i.e. the name welcome board in your room with a bowl of delicious treats! Bed in breakfast was a lovely too. Thanks so much again 😊

The facilities were amazing,the 2 owners were really nice.nothing was an issue for them,constant contact from booking to leaving,was an issue with hot tub in morning of us arriving.they got this fixed and offered us free breakfast and late checkout.great place to stay will defo be back!

After a long journey from the West Midlands it was so good to arrive at this peaceful location and once inside my room first impression how clean it was there was everything you needed tea/coffee television spotless bathroom & wow how comfortable was that bed sleept like a baby. Breakfast offered everything you needed to start your day but don't expect a full English as you will be disappointed but there was a kettle microwave & toaster & the range of food on offer was plentyfull for my stay it's a 10/10. Lastly the host was a real lovely lady so easy to chat too & nothing was too much trouble. I now know where I will be staying next time I am up in Scotland.

The breakfast was amazing. The host was willing to make an alternative if you didn’t want the Scottish breakfast. She was very welcoming and helped if you needed advice about travel or the town.

Perfect location to Glasgow, just a short drive down the road. We had the room off the deck, wonderful view of the horse farm next door, and Helen was absolutely fantastic.
