The location is excellent, right in the middle of the holiday village of Thorpeness which is quaint, busy in the day and quiet at night. The restaurant is busy , though and worth booking. The rooms are lovely, very individual, well thought out and exceptionally clean, warm and welcoming. Tea and coffee facilities were good quality. The staff are truly lovely, friendly but not over friendly and the food was excellent. Their breakfast choices are wonderfully eclectic and locally sourced. We love this place and return regularly.

Great location for visiting Minsmere and other nature reserves. Quiet location set back from the road. Easy and safe off street parking. The fridge was really nice to have. Excellent takeaway breakfast provided so we could get an early start. The hosts are lovely people and helped us out in a pinch (lent us a pump for a leaking tire until we could get it fixed the next morning, which saved our day- thank you!)

The host prepared breakfast included with the room which was quite good. The nicest people you could ever meet including Milly their dog.

Everything from the welcome on arrival to the room. Lovely Edwardian house with lots of character. Use of a dining room and sitting room. The bed was so comfortable. The en-suite shower was powerful. The whole building very clean.

Quirky room with plenty of space and everything you need for a nights stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Exceptional value for money as had breakfast included in the price. Free parking is always a bonus. Lovely local walks.
