Excellent! Very friendly staff, cheap but decent drinks, room was spotless - iron and ironing board supplied came in handy, ideal base for exploring Northumberland, though Amble itself is a nice place. Would recommend the fishing harbor and the river Croquet

Great B & B. We were met by Linda and tea and cake was offered on arrival. Lovely room with own access to garden. Comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Linda was a great host.

The landlord and staff are lovely and can't do enough for you, even the regulars in the bar were welcoming and friendly. Great location, it is on the main road and there is traffic noise but this quietens down at night. It is a room above a pub so there is some noise but, again, quietens down when the pub shuts. Great value for money and can't be beaten for friendliness.
