The View is in a location with the most beautiful views of the Peak Distirct. The accommodation is extremely comfortable and Lisa and Pete have thought of everything you could possible need and more. We were overwhelmed with the attention to detail. We've never stayed in a place that is as perfect as this in terms of facilities, cleanliness and comfort. I was born in the house many years ago and Pete spent a long time talking to us and showing us how brilliantly they had renovated their home. It was a very special visit for us so thank you Pete and Lisa. I hope we'll be back next time we are visiting from Australia.

Staff were very welcoming. Food in the pub was fabulous we ate there both nights and there was a great and varied selection on the menu. Room was very comfortable and very clean and toiletries smelt amazing! Already looking to book again!

The staff were charming, the position of the inn was perfect for just walking straight into the Chatsworth Estate and I am also sure there were other great walks. There were complimentary bottles of home brewed beer in the room and a plentiful supply of lovely Bramley toiletries. It was also very quiet, considering it's an inn and it was only set back a little from a fairly busy road, although we were there on a Sunday night.

The small apartment is located on a shared bigger garden but you have own private terrace. Kitchen offers lots of equipment to cook. I got a little welcome package of milk, cereals, marmelade and laundry supply. The place is super quiet and you can relax very good.
