Host Kathy was very welcoming and very accommodating throughout my stay. She checked in and tidied the space every day. A nice Continental breakfast was laid out each morning in the adjacent dining room. Location was perfect in relation to where my family live and it was easy for them to access to pick me up for days out. Location was close and in walking distance to the railway station and the Lexicon mall. Has the best walk in shower! Lots of hot water and great water pressure. I utilized the small fridge provided and the microwave. Good secure wi-fi and TV and lovely garden to sit in if you want to. The location is very quiet and the annex is light and bright.

The place was really clean inside from the reception area to inside our room, even the parking area was tidy. Kettle with tea, coffee etc... mugs, plates, knife, fork & spoons and a fridge. Large walk in shower, fresh towels and linen

Fiona was very helpful from the start, replying to my messages quickly. Lovely room complete with a fridge, microwave, iron, mini safe kettle and hot beverages. The bed was sooooooo comfy. All very clean. Being able to Self check in was great too. Definitely would recommend.

Room was basic but good. It was all the things that matter that made it a joy to stay. Comfy bed, Hot high pressure shower, warm fluffy soft towels and a wonderful Pub/Restaurant downstairs and the breakfast was an unexpected bonus.

Location was great. We we’re flying out of Heathrow the next day. Enjoyed seeing Ascot race track. Enjoyed local pub. Host was very nice!
