Guest house is a beautiful classical house in the middle of beautiful New Forest national park. The host, Helen is very friendly and ready to attend to all your needs. The rooms were shining clean and had all required amenities. Breakfast was very extensive.

The room was as advertised, very clean, spacious and we were kindly provided with two extra cot beds for our two children. The room was cleaned daily and nice refreshments and treats (especially for the children) were also provided on a daily basis. The room was very well equipped with a TV and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a large shower and the usual amenities one can expect. The Breakfast included in the room rate was also excellent, the Hotel provided a nice range of options to choose from and was quite substantial and nourishing, very well worth the price. The staff were all super friendly and always ready to help, they were also very patient and understanding with our children (who can be quite a handful sometimes). The property is also equipped with a spacious parking lot and we always found parking bays available for use. Although the Hotel has a pub downstairs (which is also a plus), we could hardly hear any noise and did not affect our sleep at all (anyway the Pub closes at 11pm sharp). All in all it was a very positive experience for us and this Hotel in fact exceeded our expectations. Will definitely be booking again with this property and it is very easy to recommend to others. Definitely worth every penny.

The prime location offered picturesque views of Lyndhurst and the New Forest, and the attentive staff made us feel right at home, ensuring a memorable stay. Nick and Judith were the perfect hosts at this lovely Bed & Breakfast situated in the middle of the New Forest Area. Easy street parking with restaurants and pubs close by. Very clean, tea and coffee in room, good internet and good breakfast in the morning. They were so kind as to provide dinosaur plate and cutlery for our daughter. Nick waited for us past check in time since our flight was delayed. Will hopefully stay again in the near future.

Christine is a very lovely host and had good advices for us how to explore New Forest. The breakfast was amazing and the Room was really comfortable. We loved the silence and waking up to the birds.
