I had a fantastic stay, Mrs. Boyd was very kind and welcoming! She made sure I had everything I needed right from the start, and breakfast was delicious. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer!

Stephen, the host was very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows (my pet peeve when staying away from home) were perfect. The studio had a very comfortable sofa and a nice table and comfy chair to sit at whilst working at my computer. There was a coffee machine and plates etc... The bathroom/rain-forest shower were exceptional. There's a TV with Netflix (although I used my computer - the wifi worked great).

Situated down a wonderfully quiet private road, this B&B was ideal for an overnight stay. The room was small but perfectly clean and tidy - and importantly very warm too, which was appreciated on a cold December day/night! Great little bathrooms (the showers are nicely powerful!) and a kitchen with everything one could immediately need. The owner was really helpful, and very welcoming too. The little cards next to the door with a list of taxi numbers are a useful touch. We only stayed briefly overnight (to attend a Ball at RMA Sandhurst) but for what we needed staying here was absolutely perfect. To be recommended!

Fantastic location for the showground. Parking available. Under renovation so no judgement was made on the work which is ongoing. Lovely little house. I had the place to myself.

Well equipped room, with comfortable bed. Hearty team, very personal contact. They even remembred my morning drink preference (hot chocolate) from last week and arranged exclusively the chocolate powder.👍THX

Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Freshly cooked breakfast. Tasty bacon. Convenient EV charging. Good value and great standard for this type of property.
