We happened to stumble upon Hollybank house in the midst of the Goodwood Festival of Speed, and happy we did. Ian and his family are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The grounds are gorgeous, the facilities pristine and breakfast is home made. We had a great stay.

I love everything! The location is so nice and chill, ideal for have a break of busy London, and if you like trekking it is PERFECT. Carr House is so warm, nice and intimate, it feels like home. I can't say anything bad about this wonderful place, definitely I will back and I hope will be soon.

We had room 5 which overlooked the paddocks which housed horses ..alpacas and goats. The whole place is spectacularly clean and fresh. Breakfast was plentiful ...fresh fruit..yoghurt...cereal ..toast ..full English (other hot choices too) and juices. Very comfy beds too. Lily was very friendly and helpful and overall we found it excellent value for money and will definitely go back.

Tea, coffee, chocolate drink, biscuits and even some cake. great hosts, great breakfast and a great location. And all for a price that would be double if this was a hotel. Fantastic :-). The zero touch approach to checkin with clear instructions made it very easy when we arrived. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. 11/10 for me.
