I stayed in a beautiful spacious room with comfortable bed and bedding. A great welcome by the owners who explained everything I needed to know. Breakfast as per my needs, I was offered a wide selection too, with homemade marmalade. There is a spacious garden where you can spend time sitting out.

Very handy for football fanatics as it is opposite Castleford Tigers ground. Extremely friendly and very helpful staff. I had the continental breakfast and walked away completely sated.

Hostess was extremely friendly - called to make sure we were ok when we showed up several hours later than planned. Wonderful breakfast cooked to order in the lovely tea room! Comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again when passing through the area! Exceptional value!

This B&B offered a great location not far from Leeds but outside the bustle of the city. It's also right next to Pontefract and it's associated sites. The owners were super friendly and provided several new ideas for things to see in the area that I would not have otherwise known about.
