Windows on both sides of the room. It was 30 degrees celsius outside, but nice and cool in the room. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Hosts were very flexible around our breakfast options. Food was excellent, tasty and nutritious.

The staff was excellent and very friendly We used the family room on top of the pub - it was surprisingly very quiet thanks to excellent sound-proofing - it was nicely decorated The bathroom was clean and very big, but we had to go through the corridor to access it The breakfast was very good The location in Harwich was great

I stayed with my 7 year old and we had a great sleep. The bed was very comfortable and room was nice and warm and very quiet at night. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was nice and there was a good variety. I would stay again if ever in Felixstowe again as it was a great location near the town and beach.

From the lovely entrance with the revolving door to the welcoming reception. Has a bar with very reasonable prices and plenty of areas to sit down for relaxing. Breakfast is efficiently organised and cooked really well. Plenty of choice too. Rooms are clean and comfortable and warm. Water temperature and flow was adequate in my bath with shower over. Overall a quaint hotel that does it right. I'd stay again if in the area.
