The hosts are too kind! Gave me a lift to Hadrian's wall, did the laundry for me better than I ever could, helped me bring the luggage to the station so I could catch the train... That's too much work! Hope the best for you guys! Have a great trip to Paris!

A Cosy, but fully fitted annex in a very quiet location on a working farm. Close to the best bits of Hadrian’s Wall for walks, with a couple of decent pubs within 10 or so minutes drive. The owner was very helpful and nice and had some very cute 5 week old Jack Russell pups! The 2 mile drive from the main road on a single track road whilst dodging cows and sheep might not suit everyone, but we quite liked it!

It's a great location for exploring Hadrians Wall and Cawfields Quarry, I stayed in one of the annexe double rooms which was like a mini hotel, styled on a Swedish lodge. Spotlessly clean, quiet, comfortable bed, great customer service - Kirsty my host was brilliant, very friendly and a pleasant character. Other staff I met were great too. The food is locally sourced and a bargain for the price - delicious. There's a Sainsbury's 2 minutes walk away which came in handy for amenities. 10/10!
