Bed nicely sized, not lots of stretching out space but it's a bed room, bed, lamp, TV if in the mood to watch, all you need. Plus a bottle of water in fridge each day was great Breakfast was really nice as well, always lots of choice

An absolute gem. Beautiful house with beautiful art - a comfortable living room to read a book in, a gorgeous dining room to enjoy breakfast in, and a beautiful bedroom with exceptionally comfortable beds. Breakfast was amazing and the owners took care to accommodate my gluten free needs. The couple that owns the house is a delight to interact with and our overall experience allowed us to get a glimpse into English life while exploring nearby countryside and towns. We had originally booked for 1 night but ended up staying 2 (would have stayed longer if there was availability). The house is also in a great location for both city exploration and nearby towns, castles and gardens.

Host Tracey is one of the best in this business definitely. She's super kind, organised and helpful. The room was phenomenal, warm, clean, with all kind of complementary services, like coffee, cookies, fridge, smart tv with streaming services, etc. Breakfast included is amazing too, with several options to choose. The view from the room is beautiful, with Hastings port and beach. Highly recommended.

The room was quiet and spacious and the bed linen as soft as silk. Breakfast was served at a communal table . It was very good with a wide choice of preserves, fresh fruit and pastries as well as a choice of eggs and ham or smoked salmon, all freshly cooked, albeit a little slowly. If staying at a friendly house party is your cup of tea then this is the place for you.
