We spent 3 nights here and it was fantastic! Our room was modern, cosy and relaxing. We Loved the decor throughout the whole property as every little detail was thought about. The hosts were amazing, attentive and sweet, nothing was too much for them. The daily continental breakfast was perfect, Jackie and Greg were friendly, helpful and lovely to talk to and gave us so much advice on where to explore. They made our stay such a pleasure. The old bell is also in such a good location, we would highly recommend the old bell and will definitely be going back - we couldn’t fault our stay at all.

The hotel’s main Sandringham bar is pet-friendly and has a large open fire and leads out onto a patio and 2 large gardens. The first garden has plenty of seating and a children’s play area. The second garden offers a quiet relaxed environment for adults.

Convenience of restaurant and bar on-site. Room was lovely, bed comfortable. Given the rooms are in a lovely country pub, it was very quiet and noise did not travel upstairs. Restaurant food was delicious and friendly service from bar/waiting staff. Conveniently located near Sandringham Estate.

The staff very friendly and helpful. Felt like a proper country pub. The rooms were very well decorated and had a good feel to them and the bathroom was a good size with a good shower. The evening meal was reasonably priced and pretty good and the breakfast was substantial.

Great property for a getway. Full English breakfast was awesome! It's not a British Break without a 'Full English'! The beds were the most comfortable I have used in a long time! The Massingham location is a great environment to escape and explore, with it's old school village shop/ post office.

Really friendly and accommodating hosts! Linden B&B had a homely feel that instantly made you feel at ease and comfortable. It was a great location for our friend's wedding a walk down the road, for which they even provided umbrella's and pre-warned us to have our torches due to limited street lighting. The breakfast was superb, cooked to perfection and they ensured we were well fed, the perfect amount.

The room was in a purpose built block adjacent to the main building. This was good as it was quiet (away from the road). It was easy to find and there is ample parking. The room was quite small but well presented and helpfully organised. We liked the mini fridge with a bottle of fresh milk and filtered water. The breakfast was good - a lot of cooked options. Staff were very pleasant. This was a good base for an overnight stay in order to visit Sandringham, Heacham beach and Brancaster.

Breakfast was excellent and staff all friendly and helpful without exception. Booked a “small” room so no quibble with the size of the room that was beautifully appointed and everything we needed. Our only quibble was the room was a little dark in places eg. By the tea and coffee making facilities and by the dressing table\ desk. Other than that very happy and the outside private seating area was a nice bonus. In a great location to explore north Norfolk by car.
