The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous, well cooked and tasty. It kept us going for the rest of the day until our evening meal. The whole house was extremely clean, well furnished in a traditional style in keeping with the beauty of the house and surroundings. Our host, Mo was very interesting and friendly, We also loved the fact that we could enjoy the delights of the garden whatever the time of day / evening.

Our room was very homely with a sitting area and views over the garden. Large comfortable bed and immaculately clean bathroom. The pub was very welcoming and traditional - all the food & drink we had was good. Lots of choice at breakfast with great coffee. Well located in a quiet village but less than 3 miles from both Cromer and Sheringham. Very close to a couple of National Trust properties as well.

A recently renovated bed and breakfast set in Thornage, Stone Cottage features a garden. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The property is non-smoking and is situated 17 km from Blickling Hall.

The setting is lovely from the road to the carefully crafted garden. You stay in a separate building but connected by a glass roof which feels very secluded. I sat out on the night and the stars were spot on, but that depends on luck I'm afraid. I slept very well and had a nice shower in the morning. The continental breakfast that followed was top drawer, blew my expectations out the water. (All I left was the raisins)

Great location in the middle of beautiful quaint Holt, we liked being in the Lawn Rooms a 2min walk from the main Feathers building as it felt quieter, and perfect having the little garden there for our dog. Super dog friendly, there was a bed, bowl, and treats there to make our pooch feel extra welcome! We had dinner at The Feathers too which was nice.

Very cute and compact, but with everything you could possibly need for a short break. Property was spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. Quiet village location with offroad parking and a private patio area. Quite narrow lanes to negotiate to get to the property but, once there, only a relatively short drive to Holt and the coast.

Great location to stay, just 5/10 minutes from the centre of Holt by car. Excellent accommodation. Highly recommend if you just want the quiet life to relax, switch off as we did and enjoy the remote feel in the countryside yet not far to beach and major sites in Norfolk. We had the best of both worlds! Thank you so much to our wonderful host, Sally
