Great breakfast, cereals, croissants and granary bread with farm fresh butter, preserves and milk and quality coffee. Jenny is a lovely host, and very informative about the area and has created a really homely atmosphere within this beautiful cottage along with her two very friendly dogs. Really relaxing 😌

The room was quiet and cool (the visit was during a heatwave). A nice little touch was a leaflet included in the room about a walk around the local village. We highly recommend a look around - East Garston is absolutely beautiful with a lot of stunning thatched cottages.

Hotel itself was beautiful and the breakfast was really nice. Dog friendly which was a huge bonus for us. Didn't have chance to sample evening meal, but from what I saw it looks incredible. Would recommend to family and friends. Hungerford itself is small and quiet but with gorgeous surroundings and walks along the canal and rivers.

Large tarmacked private car park. Charming stream running immediately alongside the hotel. Centrally located for walking around Hungerford, with its pleasant high street, river & streams, pubs and restaurants. An ideal overnight stop.
