We had a gorgeous and spacious room in this beautiful old building. Our dog was not only tolerated, but very welcome and loved running around in the huge garden. Nicola was a great host and even made us a gluten- and dairy-free cake, making an educated guess about my girlfriends dietary restrictions. The „cold breakfast“ was amazing: fresh local fruits, homemade treats, fresh juice, and coffee. We felt so at home and would definitely come back again!

Rachel was waiting for our arrival and showed us around,giving us all the info we needed. We had a Large family room with private bathroom,and could use the kitchen to make drinks anytime. Plenty of off road parking,large guest lounge with sofas and tv went down well with my 8yr old. We had to leave before breakfast was normally served but Rachel had put the breakfast items out so we could help ourselves.

This is a very old but beautifully maintained and comfortable farmhouse, full of beautiful furniture, china, silver etc. We loved the ambience as it reflected an earlier more genteel era. It is set in a peaceful rural setting where the rest of the world is a million miles away. Our hostess was charming, informative and looked after us very well.
