The staff was flexible on the check-in time, the room was absolutely beautiful and the bed super comfortable. The toiletries were good too -- high quality. The location is perfect, right next to the Turner Contemporary and late night pubs. The decoration was modern and vibrant.

This place was such a treat for my family and I. Jim was so friendly, warm and accommodating, even with our late check-in. The house is full of character and is very beautifully done. Our room was perfect, clean and airy. Beds were comfortable. Little fridge was nice. And the breakfast was the best breakfast we've ever had at a hotel or B&B. We highly recommend and hope we can come back soon! Oh, and location is great. We suggest visiting the Shell Grotto which is about 5 mins drive away!

Claire was an excellent host. It was a lovely spacious, tidy room with a comfy bed and great amenities. The spa was amazing and a delicious breakfast spread was laid out in the morning. Would highly recommend CloudZen.
