Breakfast and service very very good, with helpful hints regarding local bus services from the stops outside, which we used with our free bus passes. Becky and Tim delightful and warm hosts from the moment we booked in. We hope to make a return visit to Yorkshire and The Cayley Arms will be our preferred venue.

Great hosts, breakfast and location. Pear Tree B&B is a perfect base for exploring the Yorkshire Moors. We had the Garden Room, that was not en-suite, but the separate bathroom was very nice, convenient and reserved for our room only.
