Wonderful hospitality!!! I brought my parents who came to visit from Thailand. Jeremy and Thomas have looked after us like family. Also their breakfast are delicious and made from local produces. The house, furnitures, garden and decoration are very beautiful vintage. The hotel is comfortable and have everything we need. The location is perfect especially if travelling by train from London. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back. Thank you for everything.

We received a warm welcome from Jo, she is so bubbly and made us feel right at home, ensuring we were comfortable. The bedroom and lounge are very comfy, In fact its such a lovely space, very open and airy with a beautiful wood burner fire place for this chilly evenings (and a small fridge) Breakfast was hearty and delicious. There were cereals, yogurt, fruit juices, a large pot of fresh coffee and the English fry up was great! We certainly were spoilt for choice. Thank u Jo! Only 10mins drive from RYE, so very close for exploring and a number of lovely pubs in the surrounding villages for a meal out. We would def recommend this little gem and a morning walk around the orchards is a must. We will be back.

Hare & Hounds Bed & Breakfast has spacious, lovingly refurbished rooms located in the property's annex, just a 5-minute walk from the nearby pub. Rooms are en suite with a bath and shower, and each room comes complete with a TV and tea/coffee making facilities.
The Shepherds Hut had everything you could need for a perfect summer or winters stay. We only stayed one night but if we stayed longer then the cooking facilities would have been an excellent option. It was nice and warm and the shower was great. We didn’t meet the staff but had great communication with them via email.
