The house was very nice, cozy and super clean too! Tomas and Jeremy were very nice hosts, they gave us lots of tips and suggestions on where to go in Rye which was really helpful. My husband and I also loved the breakfast which was very good. It is very healthy and organic with lots of homemade food.

Our stay at the Teahouse could not have been more lovely. Brenda went out of her way to make our weekend feel special and the B&B itself is incredibly cute, authentic and right in the center of town. We couldn't recommend it more! Perfect for a romantic weekend away. And the breakfast was exceptional. Little added touches like chocolates for your tea/coffee, fluffy towels, a glass of wine on arrival and beautifully kept rooms make it a 10/10 stay.

The owners and staff at Haydens were extremely welcoming and helpful. They helped me with my taxi booking to Chapel Down, and kept my bags when I arrived prior to check in time. The breakfast every morning was delicious, and the location is perfectly situated to explore Rye from! It’s a short walk to all the shops and train station.
