Отель превзошёл ожидания, начиная от вазы с живыми цветами, очень тёплым номером, красивым дизайном и уютом. Люблю когда матрас и подушки хорошие, тут вообще 10 из 10, идеально белое постельное белье, полотенца, ванная комната очень чистая и приятно пахнет. Душ был тоже отличным, во многих отелях есть проблема, что заходишь и начинается горячая вода, а через пару минут - уже все, холодная, тут же было просто все отлично. Словом очень рекомендую отель. Персонал относится с душой, встречали-провожали, ждали - потому что мы застряли в пробке в дороге.

A very kind welcome and a last minute room change accommodated professionally (my mistake for having booked the wrong type of room). An excellent cooked breakfast, and a very comfortable sleep. Ideal location for the Tamara Coast to Coast Way! Thank you very much.

Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice including cereals, also the offer of yoghurt with various soft fruits grown by Bridget, the very nice and accommodating owner of the B&B, in her lovely garden at the property - call me old fashioned but I opted for the fried breakfast, which comprised really good quality sausages and bacon from a local butcher rather than bog standard supermarket ingredients, also lovely home baked bread and fresh orange juice. Overall I have to say my stay was excellent, and should I be visiting north Cornwall again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here, indeed it would be my first choice. Bridget herself, and also her daughter who came in to help the weekend I was there, were both excellent, friendly sources of local information in terms of suggestions for things to do, where to go and how to get there. I also liked that nothing was too much trouble regarding requesting extra tea, coffee or sugar for the room I stayed in, even though one of my requests was fairly late in the evening, and they were both also really friendly towards my dog, which as every dog owner knows really says a lot about the host. All in all it was a lovely stay, and certainly one of my better bed and breakfast experiences. Very clean, very welcoming, a great breakfast and also very competitively priced, and I certainly can’t see why anyone would leave disappointed or dissatisfied with either the property, the owner or the service. I’d have no problem recommending Kilna to family or friends.

It was a beautiful setting, close to many towns around. Quiet place to relax, amazing host who always asked how we slept and how our day was and what we had planned, lovely breakfast in the morning too. Very accommodating, especially as we needed to book short notice.

A lovely hotel on the border to Cornwall. Very nice rooms, and very clean and modern. The food was excellant and the hospitality from the staff was very comforting. Was made very much welcome. Would definately come back again.
