First off the proprietor. She was such a wonderful host! The whole place was done up so nicely, all our needs were met and breakfast was bountiful and wel prepared. It is in a great location within easy walking to town, beach and train.

Really good breakfast, Richard & Jason lovely friendly hosts, nothing to much trouble made us very welcome, in a quiet area which is nice, had room at top which had a sea view good sized bathroom with everything you need, shower gel, shampoo etc would stay again

Brackenhurst Guest House, bed and breakfast a Skegness

Situated just 400 metres from Skegness Beach, Brackenhurst Guest House features accommodation in Skegness with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a housekeeping service.

It was the most pleasant experience, my hosts Dave & Andrea , were SO friendly..... They were the perfect hosts, and work very hard indeed to accomodate most guests, and most importantly to make their establishment a Covid safe place. My room was spotlessly clean, well ventilated, plenty of mirrors, tea & coffee in room, plenty enough hangers in the wardrobe, much storage space to say it was a single room. Could not fault the shower, easy to use the temperature/flow gauge. TV in room was adequate. Noise is kept to a minimum at night, so a good night's sleep is no problem...!!!👍👍

The whole experience was exceptional. Kieth and Vicki made us feel at home. They are wonderful people.

    Less than a 10 minute walk from Skegness’ pier and beach we are still close to all the local amenities including the Embassy Theatre, Natureland, Pleasure beach, Skegness Pier and Skegness Aquarium.

    Lovely room. Great breakfast. Location Is perfect for us. Staff are wonderful.
