Excellent location. Really nice room and bathroom. Definitely need to book in to the pub in advance if you want to eat there, which I unfortunately didn't know. The food looked really good and the breakfast was excellent.

The property was just fabulous. Although located on a main road and outside a roundabout there was no need to be concerned. There was no noise whatsoever. Instructions on how to enter the property was provided and was easy to follow. The facilities were outstanding, clean and comfortable and a really good night's sleep was obtained. We travelled by bus from Whitehaven to the property which again, was simple, straight forward and easy to find. For next year, this will be the FIRST location we will choose. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.
